Shape Careers was co-founded by Stephen Drew in 2014. It recruited for architecture and design practices during his time as Recruitment Director, from 2014 to 2016.

From practice to recruitment
Knowing the work. Understanding the people.
Before recruitment, Stephen trained in architecture and worked at EPR Architects. Moving into recruitment in 2014 meant bringing that experience into conversations about careers and hiring.
Shape Careers was an early expression of that approach: understanding the profession, the practices and the people looking for their next step.
Stephen is a Part II Architectural Assistant and the founder of Architecture Social.
The work today
Architecture has always been social.
Architecture Social brings people, practice and projects together through specialist recruitment, jobs, career guidance, community and conversations about the profession.
